AMERICA'S BEST DANCE CREW: SEASON 5, EAST REGIONALS
BLUEPRINT CRU, STATIC NOYZE, & SALTARE prove to be the best 3 dance crews in the East. There are a lot of disappointed fans out there because their fave crews, Legendary Seven & Draztik fell short of the February 18th ABDC kickoff. We do have the West Regionals next week and I believe after it's been narrowed down to nine crews, new favorites will emerge. I mean, how couldn't they: this is America's Best Dance Crew. It's only the best dance show (and only) of it's kind. I'm sure you agree, since after all; you are tuned into The Fresh Dish for ABDC.

Russell wins SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE! That's right America, you voted and decided the fate of Season 6! You made a great choice but also left the fans of five other dancers a little disappointed that their favorite didn't win. But hey, like Nigel said, aren't we all winners? Though they didn't get the $250,000 grand prize, I'm sure Jakob Karr, Kathryn McCormick, Ellenore Scott, and Ashleigh & Ryan Di Lello feel like a million bucks for making the TOP 6. Dance Dish wishes you all much success in the future and can't wait to have you on Dance Dish to tell us all about it.

DANCING WITH THE STARS: Season 9, Week 7- DOUBLE ELIMINATION
Mark Dacascos & Lacey Schwimmer failed to get the judges votes in the Dance Off against Aaron Carter & Karina Smirnoff. Michael Irvin & Anna Demidova had the lowest number of votes so they left gracefully without the chance to dance for their survival on DWTS. My vote is for no more Double Eliminations. It's just too much to handle in one week. Yes, things like that give me anxiety because it just moves us closer to the finale. Are you seeing an ongoing theme with me each week? You're right, I don't want the show to end!

DANCING WITH THE STARS: Louie Vito & Chelsie Hightower, Melissa Joan Hart & Mark Ballas Voted Off Week 6
DANCING WITH THE STARS: SEASON 9, WEEK 6
This was the week of double elimination. Yes, there is tear falling down my cheek. This season DWTS started with 16 couples; which means two weeks of two couples going home. Tom DeLay & Cheryl Burke left in week 3 due to injury so there was really only one week where the votes decided. Which brings me to ask America why Louie Vito & Melissa Joan Hart were the ones to go? But as DWTS history has shown, this is the time on Dancing With The Stars where all the curve balls are thrown, all the shockers are announced, and the desire to win starts to show in the dancers' performances. Even after that, I still ask, "Why Louie & Chelsie and Melissa & Mark? Whhyyyyyy? Sniffle, sniffle. :)
Really, I don't want to see anyone go! We have too much fun on The Fresh Dish for the season to come to an end! I know I'm getting ahead of myself so let's stay in the moment and GET THIS FRESH DISH STARTED!

DWTS: Natalie Coughlin & Alec Mazo Voted Off Week 5
It was an action packed week on Dancing With The Stars. First the Stars & Pros were given the intense Paso Doble and Argentine Tango. A little bonus dance was tossed in the mixed with the Group Hustle. Dance rehearsals came to brief halt with the flu bug on the prowl; infecting Derek Hough & Mark Ballas. And now for the curve ball, Natalie Coughlin & Alec Mazo were eliminated. Did I miss anything? Though busy, it made for a fun week at The Fresh Dish. A must see episode with our very own flashback to the 70's and a small tribute to the ones bitten by the bug. Enjoy the show!

I don't want to say we were looking forward to Chuck Liddell being voted off, because we weren't; BUT I knew Ernie Macias and I would be getting in the ring for his Farewell and that I was looking forward to. I can see why Chuck is a great fighter and so passionate about his sport. There was something that hit me that day I stepped in the ring to take on my co host (and no I don't mean the literal hits from Ernie-haha). I got hit with an adrenaline rush to conquer my opponent. I was no longer just Tami Daniels, the cohost of The Fresh Dish, I was a fighter. But it's not just about being in the ring on fight night, it's about the journey. That my friends, is what this Farewell is all about....the journey! :) Enjoy!

DANCING WITH THE STARS: Tom DeLay & Cheryl Burke Dance Dish Farewell
Tom DeLay & Cheryl Burke did not get voted off Dancing With The Stars but that does not mean they don't deserve a Dance Dish Farewell. Tom & Cheryl were very entertaining and pulled in the votes for 3 weeks straight but Tom's stress fractures gave them no other choice but to bow out early. Watch our Farewell and you'll see that this is something we saw coming!
