It's Season 4 of AMERICA'S BEST DANCE CREW and I'm looking forward to sharing my Dish will all you hard core ABDC fans. Though this week you are reading my thoughts, hang on because we will be back with special video features for ABDC. America's Best Dance Crew (Season 4) - MTV Shows

BEAT YA FEET KINGS, Washington, DC
Beat Ya Feet Kings come to America's Best Dance Crew with a lot of heart and passion for dance. They've created their own style of fancy footwork by incorporating different styles similar to "The Jerk." But the big question is, "Do they have what it takes to be powerhouses in this gritty, competitive dance competition?" It's not my favorite way to start Season 4 of ABDC but I don't think they do. If they're saving the goods for next week it might be too late. I needed to be impressed TODAY! (What's up Shane Sparks? Thanks for backing me up I give my critique before I hear the judges)

WE ARE HEROES, Los Angeles, CA
After We Are Heroes intro piece I was all pumped up to see something great. They look amazing and I could tell they have mad dance skills. But then what happened? Their debut on America's Best Dance Crew was not the glamorous style of popping I had been anticipating. There seems to be a theme here tonight. If YOU were getting your big break on MTV with Randy Jackson and all the amazing judges, wouldn't you BRING THE HEAT in your first impression performance? There has to be more substance. You have to dance to the quality that got you to the main stage. FYI- I am really nice and supportive , I swear! Bring quality and you get nothing but love from me!

AFROBORIKE, Las Vegas, NV
Hello! Afroborike! America's Best Dance Crew has gotten this party started! Now I need to figure out which sexy, fierce words best describes this sensational crew. Hmmmm....oh wait, SEXY, FIERCE, and SENSATIONAL! See, I told you I'd bring the love! When Afroborike came out on the floor and got their Latin flava going, I was impressed. But when they infused it into Hip Hop, I was hooked. There is no doubt in my mind, America is going to fall instantly for this new mix. I am a fan and this crew has gotten me pumped up for this season of ABDC! Bonus- LOVE the USA costumes, way to represent!

MASSIVE MONKEYS, Seattle, WA
America's Best Dance Crew has built a reputation over the past three seasons and are known for bringing a certain style and funk. Massive Monkeys ARE America's definition of ABDC! This crew and their performance tonight was sick, off the chain, was insane! WOW! When I said you have to bring the heat and dance to impress, well I'm glad someone got the memo! These dudes killed it (yes, I'm a chick calling them dudes)! That was a Championship performance. I love their style, uniqueness and class! I seriously could go on and on about my love for the Massive Monkeys, but something tells me I need to save some adjectives for next week! Woohoo!

ARTISTRY IN MOTION, North Hollywood, CA
An all female dance crew has arrived and in style! Artistry In Motion are all classically trained dancers who are determined to make their own mark in Hip Hop. They said Hip Hop isn't just about shaking your booty and I say a lil booty shakin never hurt anyone! I'm just having fun because they definitely didn't leave their back sides out of their performance. Artistry In Motion is in it to win it! They are fresh, current, and fashionistas! Work it girls! You're beautiful!

SOUTHERN MOVEMENT, Nashville, TN
Southern Movement, I love you! You are dancers after my own heart! I was a lil bit country and a lil bit hip hop, but now I'm on the Hick Hop train! Division is a thing of the past. Thank you Southern Movement for the fusion! Bring a Hick Hop class to Los Angeles and I will be the first to sign up! Yeehaw homeboy! There is nothing gimmicky about this crew. You don't live and breathe dance for a gimmick. This is real. Just watch their passion, technique, and knowledge of both genres. That's love! I want to see this crew in the finals! Uniqueness and risk is to be rewarded!

RHYTHM CITY, Bronx, NY
We are back again to the heart and soul of America's Best Dance Crew. Replay! Rhythm City is worthy of watching again and again! This crew has strategy. They are so good that they don't need to pull out all their tricks on opening night. I know they have so much more to deliver between all their styles of Hip Hop, but tonight was about entertainment! It worked. They're own mix of music and Hip Hop storytelling made for an outstanding performance! Next week is going to be thunder! What??!! You'll see.

FR3SH, Matawan, NJ
The last five crews have all been really strong. Has the streak been extended with Fr3sh? I think this week they brought intensity and are obviously talented but fell short of the Hot Dish (blow me away and I'll serve you up on the Hot Dish). This is my only dish so far that I feel I may get some resistance on. Fr3sh is hard hitting and high energy but my expectations are high now that I've seen some incredible crews tonight. I was disappointed, though I know it's part of the choreography, to see a few moves that looked incomplete. I think if they want to stand out in the dance world, they need to create more originality as performers. I look forward to seeing how they carry their style next week and increased depth in their choreography.

VOGUE EVOLUTION, New York, NY
Vogueing has officially arrived to America's Best Dance Crew! I've seen Vogueing before but never imagined it on ABDC. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at how well it fits in the competition. There's a fun, intriguing quality to it. I know most of America will be shocked that Madonna isn't the only one that vogues, but it's true; welcome to dancing's new "It" genre. Vogue Evolution did really well but now it's time to polish technique. They are different from the rest so they need to work even hard to win over America. (that's what I said Lil Mama)

SUDDEN DEATH FACE-OFF
Beat Ya Feet Kings!! They win this battle for me. But come on, where was that intensity at the top of the show! That's what you need to bring every time your on the dance floor! I love Southern Movement but they held back which leaves you in the middle of my Face-off pack. And finally Fr3sh- there's no denying that your hip hop choreography is entertaining but it's not on fire. There isn't the level of uniqueness that you need to win America's Best Dance Crew. 1st safe- Beat Ya Feet Kings. 2nd safe- Southern Movement.

DANCE DISH FAREWELL: FR3SH
Oh Fr3sh, why did you have to go so soon? The first Farewell of the season is always the hardest. As fans, we want to see you have more time to expose your crew and grow as dancers. But since we're so positive here at Dance Dish and we genuinely support the dancers, one week on America's Best Dance Crew is a victory, a win for the team! It was great hearing your intro story and getting to know a piece of who you are. We'd love to have you on Dance Dish; so know you're welcomed anytime! We have fun here so how could you resist? And America wants to get to know you more, so get your crew on over to our studio!
